Meet Our Team
Ray Mancini, Creative Director
Ray has over two decades of experience in website, UX/UI, and print design. A self-proclaimed “renaissance man” with interests in music, photography, and illustration, he enjoys combining the technological advances of the interactive world with the spontaneity and creativity of the fine art world. Through his client work and personal passion projects, he continues to create high-level design solutions that are both visually pleasing and functionally compelling….and ultimately become something wonderful.
Ray earned a BFA from Syracuse University’s School of Visual & Performing Arts, Computer Graphics Major, and a Master’s Degree in Communication/Interactive Design from Pratt Institute in New York City. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at New York University, and has also taught at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Prior to Good World Media, Ray designed for Organic Online, DVC Interactive, and Delirium in New York City, and has consulted for numerous organizations and agencies. He has also presented at the AIGA : Fresh Blood series of events for notable design graduates.
Lina Fenequito, Managing Director
Prior to Good World Media, Lina worked at Ogilvy, Organic Online, and R/GA. Lina was also an adjunct professor at the Parson’s School of Design, an alumni board member of Public Allies New York. She is also the creator of the Swap-O-Matic Project, which has been featured on Cnn.com and Fast Company, and Mommikin, an inspirational site for creative mothers.
Lina attended Duke University, earning a degree in both computer science and visual arts. Upon graduating she joined the Americorps program Public Allies, where she worked as an organizer for a youth outreach program in Chapel Hill, NC. She earned her MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, where she conceived projects that addressed social issues and building community through digital media.
