We put relationships first, literally. Good World Media was founded by Ray Mancini and Lina Fenequito, a husband-and-wife creative team who together have over 20 years of design experience. And though skeptics might say that a couple working together is a recipe for disaster, we — and our clients — have happily found the opposite to be true.

Our close-knit relationship and teamwork is essential to everything we do, from our varied skill sets and experiences, which allow us to tackle all sides of a project, to being able to push and challenge one another. We extend this familial treatment to our clients, showing them the same respect, care, and the occasional “helpful advice” that we have for each other.

Good World Media is more than just Ray and Lina. It’s a full interactive design company. We have a deep pool of amazingly talented individuals who we work with, from creative designers and writers, to skilled developers with a firm understanding of the latest functionality and web standards. Our teams allow us to create great work for a diverse range of industries on all platforms, as well as easily adapting to new challenges.

PRINCIPALS

  • Ray Mancini

    Creative Director

    Ray Mancini is the Creative Director of Good World Media, which he co-founded in 2007 with his wife and business partner, Lina Fenequito. Ray leads and oversees all visual design for the company including the management of external designers. He prides himself on his excellent creative abilities and technical skills, combining the energy and inspiration of the fine art world with the proficiency required by the computer graphics industry. He excels in concepting, team collaboration and brainstorming.

    Prior to Good World Media, Ray designed interactive sites at Organic Online, DVC Interactive, and Delirium NYC. In 2002, he began consulting on his own, designing for prestigious clients such as Estée Lauder, Prescriptives, Gloss, Sony, Jo Malone, La Mer and CUNY.

    Ray earned his BFA from Syracuse University’s School of Visual & Performing Arts and is only a few months away from earning his Master’s Degree in Communication/Interactive Design at the Pratt Institute in New York City.

  • Lina Fenequito

    Managing Director / Technical Director

    Lina Fenequito is the Managing Director/Technical Director for Good World Media, which she co-founded in 2007 with her husband and business partner, Ray Mancini.

    Prior to Good World Media, Lina worked at Ogilvy, Organic Online, and R/GA. Lina is also an adjunct professor at the Parson’s School of Design, an alumni board member of Public Allies New York and the creator of the Swap-O-Matic

    Lina attended Duke University, earning a degree in both computer science and visual arts. Upon graduating she joined the Americorps program Public Allies, where she worked as an organizer for a youth outreach program in Chapel Hill, NC. She earned her MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, where she conceived projects that addressed social issues and building community through digital media.
